Usay Compare employees came together once again for our annual Sales Conference, an inspiring and valuable day for all.
2024 saw our return to the home of Reading Football Club for our fourth annual Sales Conference, once again kindly sponsored by our insurers. As an organisation we are always looking for ways to grow and improve. The Sales Conference gives us the opportunity to come together to consolidate and improve our knowledge, expertise and processes. The passion for what we do is evident in every corner of every team in Usay Compare, and providing a better service for our customers year on year, is so important to everyone.
The team had the opportunity to meet representatives from our insurers, ask any questions they may have and share ideas. We also delved into some of the business challenges, and looked at collaborative ways of problem-solving as a team. All delegates were also treated to informative and inspiring talks from Matt Chapman, The Protection Coach, and Jo Salter MBE; the first female fast jet pilot in the Royal Air Force.
