Vitality’s 12-month Amazon Prime subscription

Vitality is offering a free 12-month Amazon Prime subscription on selected private medical insurance policies. To be eligible for this offer:

• The policy must start between 18^th November and 31^st December 2024
• The policy must have a £150 minimum monthly premium
• Codes must be redeemed by May 2025

If you already have Amazon Prime, you are still eligible for the voucher and the free 12-month subscription will be added once your paid subscription finishes.

Aviva's Save up to 15% on your first year premium with ‘My Healthy Discount’

Aviva are offering up to 15% off your first year premium through their ‘My Healthy Discounts’ scheme. 

Here is everything you need to know:

• You must satisfy the following criteria to be eligible:
  • You have not smoked tobacco, used e-cigarettes, vaping products or any other nicotine replacement products within the last 12 months;
  • Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is not greater than 30;
  • You are not currently diagnosed as diabetic or pre-diabetic and have not had treatment or medication for diabetes in the last 12 months.

• Child dependent members are not required to satisfy the eligibility criteria but will benefit from the policy level discount.
  
  
• For policies covering more than one adult, both adults must satisfy the criteria to receive up to 15% discount. If only one adults satisfies the criteria, a discount of up to 7.5% will be applied to the policy.
  
  
• The offer is available for customers purchasing a Healthier Solutions policy with a start date between 1^st May and 31^st December 2024.
  
  
• This offer is not available for customers who have been covered by an Aviva Private Medical Insurance policy within the 12 months prior to application.

Bupa's new dental allowance

From 1st August 2024, health insurance policies with Bupa will have a new dental allowance for every person named on the policy membership certificate.

Here is everything you need to know:

• Every person on your health insurance policy can have one dental appointment each policy year at a participating Bupa Dental Care practice.
  
  
• If you need restorative dental treatment to keep your teeth and gums healthy and free from pain, you'll have a £300 benefit allowance towards the cost. (You'll need to pay for any treatment that isn't covered by your dental allowance or costs more than the £300 benefit allowance.)
  
  
•  There is no excess to pay on dental allowance and it won‘t affect your no claims discount or low claims bonus.
  
  
• The allowance can be used at any participating Bupa Dental Care practice with a dental professional. (You're not covered by a third party or any dental professional that is not at a participating Bupa Dental Care Practice. 
  

Bupa's 10% discount on your first year premium

Bupa are offering 10% discount on the first year premium when you take out a new Health Insurance policy and answer their health and lifestyle questions.

You qualify for the discount if:

• You haven’t used tobacco products in the last 2 years
• Your Body Mass Index is between 18.5 and 24.9.* (Pregnant women should use their pre-pregnancy BMI)
• You haven’t been treated for prediabetes or diabetes in the last 2 years

For policies covering more than one adult, each adult must meet the criteria above to get the 10% health and lifestyle policy discount.  The discount applies to your whole policy, not to each individual. If only one of the adults on a policy meets the criteria, the discount won’t apply.

If you have any child dependants under 18 covered on your policy, they don’t need to meet the criteria above.
