At Usay Compare we like to bring everyone together for events, to continue our training and team building, and of course to celebrate our successes. We come together from all our office locations across the country to hold a variety of company wide events. Below is a taste of some of our recent events.
Each November we host our annual dinner and awards evening. This year we headed to the circus for our Usay Spectacular! Our award evenings bring together colleagues from our offices all over the UK, to celebrate our successes together. The evening was made complete with a three course meal, awards ceremony, live performers, a band and a DJ.
For the past three years we have hosted a company wide Sales Conference at Reading Football Stadium. A valuable and inspiring day, supporting continued growth and learning. Our insurers are in attendance, for learning and updates, and delegates were inspired with exceptional talks and training this year from Matthew Chapman and Jo Salter MBE.
Ahead of Christmas and the end of the year, we hosted a black tie awards evening to recognise the individual and collective successes across the business, throughout the year to date. It was a wonderful chance to catch up with colleagues old and new; a three course sit down dinner was followed by our awards ceremony and dancing to live band Nashville Heat and a DJ. The evening was Snow Ball themed, the venue transformed into a winter wonderland!
